On 26 September 2025, ASSOC organized the National Workshop for the NEF project, aimed at identifying and evaluating good practices in the field of social inclusion and employment. The event took place in a hybrid format, with 20 participants attending in person and over 40 joining online.
The workshop brought together representatives of social associations, public institutions, and members of CNASR (the National College of Social Workers from Romania). Through active discussions, participants highlighted nine good practices from Maramureș, Sălaj, and Bucharest, addressing innovative approaches to support vulnerable groups.
To ensure a participatory process, the practices were evaluated through a Google Form based on the NEF criteria:
– innovation and potential for replication,
– validation by experience,
– evidence of improved outcomes,
– flexibility and adaptability.
Participants were invited to vote for the most impactful initiatives, with the objective of selecting five practices and tools per country that will contribute to the NEF European collection of good practices.
The Romanian workshop confirmed once again the value of collaboration between NGOs, public authorities, and professional bodies, strengthening the joint effort to promote inclusive and sustainable employment solutions.
