ARTS HDF (Hauts-de-France Regional Association of Social Work), a non-profit organisation created in January 1974, actively participates in the development of social, health and medico-social work at the regional level. In particular, it manages the IRTS HDF (Hauts-de-France Regional Institute of Social Work), a social work training institute that fulfils a public service mission. Located in northern France with five sites and nearly 40 years of experience, it belongs to the higher education sector and has four main missions: training in social and medico-social professions, technical assistance to stakeholders, research and innovation, and regional coordination. The IRTS participates in European and international networks and develops projects in the areas of mobility, cooperation and educational engineering.
L’ARTS HDF (Association Régionale du Travail Social Hauts-de-France), association loi 1901 créée en janvier 1974 participe activement au développement du travail social, sanitaire et médico-social à l’échelle régionale. Elle assure notamment la gestion de l’IRTS HDF (Institut Régional du Travail Social Hauts-de-France), institut de formation en travail social répondant à une mission de service public. Implanté dans le nord de la France sur 5 sites et fort de près de 40 ans d’expérience, il appartient au secteur de l’enseignement supérieur et intervient autour de quatre grandes missions : la formation aux métiers du travail social et médico-social, l’assistance technique aux acteurs, la recherche et l’innovation, et l’animation régionale. L’IRTS participe à des réseaux européens et internationaux et développe des projets de mobilité, de coopération et d’ingénierie pédagogique.
