This meeting marked the official start of a three-year cooperation involving six partners from France, Belgium, Romania, and Portugal.<\/p>\n<p>On the agenda: a presentation of administrative and financial rules, updates on the work already initiated by each partner (communication strategy, quality assurance, research methodology, digital tools), and a visit to the IRTS audiovisual studios. The consortium also engaged in rich thematic discussions that laid the groundwork for the future direction of the project.<\/p>\n<p>Beyond these technical aspects, the event provided a valuable human moment, strengthening collaboration and mutual trust between the participating organisations.
