In particular, it manages the\u00a0<b>IRTS HDF<\/b>\u00a0(Hauts-de-France Regional Institute of Social Work), a social work training institute that fulfils a public service mission. Located in northern France with five sites and nearly 40 years of experience, it belongs to the higher education sector and has four main missions: training in social and medico-social professions, technical assistance to stakeholders, research and innovation, and regional coordination.
